Cancellation Policy
Badgerettes Performance Booking Policy Performance Rates 10 Badgerettes: $100 per minute (3-minute minimum) 20 Badgerettes: $200 per minute (3-minute minimum) Final pricing is based on the total number of minutes booked. Event Requirements To ensure a smooth and professional performance, the event host must provide: A private dressing room or designated changing area Water and light refreshments if performers will be waiting for extended periods Accurate event schedule, performance time, and location details at least 48 hours prior to the event Booking & Payment Full payment is required before the performance date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Custom choreography, extended appearances, or travel may incur additional fees. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. If the event host causes significant delays (15+ minutes), additional wait-time charges may apply. Performance Conditions Performers must have a safe, clean space to perform. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events must be communicated before arrival. If conditions are unsafe (weather, floor, environment), the Badgerettes reserve the right to decline performance without refund. Agreement By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
