• Venue Rental Pricing Includes x40 Folding Chairs & x6 Tables (Circle & Round Available)

• $100 - $250 Refundable Security Deposit

• Security Deposit Non-Refundable when canceled before event date.

• Outside Catering/Cleaning Fee Will Apply

• NO Glitter, NO Confetti, or other like items.

• Occupancy: Studio A - Seated 70, Standing 120

• Occupancy: Studio B - Seated 120, Standing 170

• 12 Ft Ceilings, Multi-Unit Restrooms & WIFI Available
