Event Space Rental at The House Inc.

We are proud to share that our facility is also available to the community as a versatile Event Space Venue. The House Inc. offers a spacious and welcoming atmosphere that is perfect for hosting a wide range of events.

Important Information for Bookings

  • Venue Rental Includes: 40 folding chairs & 6 tables (circle or round available).

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $100–$250.

    • Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs before the event date.

  • Additional Fees: Outside catering/cleaning fees apply.

  • Restrictions: No glitter, confetti, or similar items allowed.

Venue Specifications

  • Studio A: 70 seated | 120 standing

  • Studio B: 120 seated | 170 standing

  • Amenities: 12-ft ceilings, multiple restrooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
