CORE ISSUES:  The program objective is centered on supporting individual change, for this reason core issues will be determined by individual circumstances. Some of the major recurring issues that may be addressed are

Prior to one week of admission a treatment plan will be completed after evaluation of the client has been made by the staff treatment team including assessmetn of  treatment goals, current problem areas, future goal statements, steps necessary to solve present problems, and steps necessary to help obtain goals.

In addition to a regimen of living structure and assigned daily chores, The House requires each client to attend a minimum of 12 hours of therapeutic sessions and meetings per week. 
Each class is facilitated by a certified chemical dependency counselor and/or Master Level Counselor.
  • Peer Group sessions, twice weekly, at least 2 hours each (4 hrs.)
  •  Counselor led classes and groups are offered 3 times weekly (6 hrs. minimum 2 hrs. /week)
  •  Employment preparation seminars for the unemployed and new residents are held daily (2 1/2 hrs.)
  • Outside 12 step meetings, 4 per week, (4 hrs.)
  •  G.E.D. Availability for Classes & Testing
  •  Peer to peer mentoring
